What Avocados Have to Offer

Also known as butter fruit or alligator pears, the versatile avocado is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (not all fats are bad)

Avocados are also a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals, including plentiful doses of Vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also offer lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids. And the average avocado, despite its high fat content, only has 64 calories.

Why Avocados and CBD Oil Go Well Together

When CBD oil is used in cooking it's most effective when it is added to a dish that has some form of fat in it. And fats don't come much healthier than those contained in this little green fruit. When you add a coconut oil based CBD oil - which is exactly what Dr Watson CBD Oil is - it works even better.

Our CBD oil is naturally flavored, so there is a slight hint of hemp. You really won't taste that too much in combination will the rich, smooth avocado though, and if you do it blends very well.

How Much CBD Oil Should I Use?

The one thing you don't want to do it go crazy with the CBD oil when using it in cooking in general. Not only might you spoil the taste of whatever you are preparing but more is not better, so plan to use your standard personal CBD oil dose, you don't need any more than that.
